غرف التحكم المتكاملة

In Maknoon’s engineering philosophy, we don’t consider the control room merely a place to operate equipment. Rather, we design and build it to be a miniature Tactical Operations Center (TOC), a command and control (C2) point from which every inch of the training theater is managed with precision and absolute control.

It is the secure environment where trainers and commanders gather to observe and direct training, and, most importantly, transform raw data from the field into measurable insights for performance improvement.

Security and Control Architecture: A Fortified Command Environment

Full Ballistic Protection

Importance: The safety of personnel is our top priority.

The control room is designed as a fully fortified environment, with bulletproof walls and glass windows, and a strategic location that provides the best possible view of the field. This ensures complete protection for field management, trainers, or any VIP visitors, allowing them to observe live training with absolute safety.

Total Situational Awareness

Importance: You can’t control what you can’t see. The room is equipped with multiple display screens that stream live footage from a network of strategically distributed surveillance cameras throughout the range. This provides the manager with a comprehensive view of every shooting lane, every trainee, and every target, allowing for effective monitoring of adherence to safety standards and training guidance.

The Digital Heart: The “Maknoon” Control and Analysis System

This is the core of the control room, where all the range’s technological capabilities are concentrated:

Central Control Software

Importance: It is the “cockpit” from which the operator manages everything. Using Windows-based computers, we developed exclusive control software with a user-friendly graphical interface and full Arabic language support. Through this software, the instructor can design and execute the most complex scenarios with the touch of a button: activating pop-up targets, moving vehicles and robots, operating the monorail, and activating battle atmosphere effects simultaneously.

Performance Analysis Platform

Importance: Transforming training from an art to a science. The software not only controls but also collects, analyzes, and compiles the shooting results for each trainee. It records reaction time, accuracy, and recurring errors, presenting them in printable reports and statistics. This provides the instructor with an objective and accurate data-driven evaluation tool.

Flexible and Secure Communications Infrastructure

Importance: Ensuring continuous control in diverse environments. We design communication solutions based on the nature of the field:

  • Short-range wired or wireless communication: For enclosed and divided fields to ensure rapid data transmission.
  • Long-range radio (RF) communication units: For open tactical fields, these are secure and jam-resistant networks that ensure the control signal reaches the farthest target, kilometers away.

Communications and Battle Management Center

The control room also serves as the communications center, containing:

  1. Communication Devices: Intercom systems for direct and clear communication with instructors in the field and with gunners in their compartments.
  2. Battle Atmosphere Control Units: Physical and software control units for managing and synchronizing audio-visual effects (sound, smoke, lighting, vibration) with the training scenario to enhance realism.
